The Nikkei News Service reports Toyota will recall 270,000 Priuses in the U.S. and Japan, targeting only the 2010 Prius in today’s most recent example of beige biting back . Facing the ever tightening noose of a forced recall, Toyota’s issued a voluntary recall to address complaints of unintended acceleration leading to Fiery Death , which was originally blamed on loose carpets.
